Roasted Chorizo sausage, red onion and cherry tomatoes with a honey
and balsamic dressing.                 
               
Spiced Chicken with Feta and Basil  £13.95
With quenelles of Kalamata olive tapenade, lemon and basil couscous
and sweet tomato sauce.
 
Salmon and Smoked Salmon Roulade  £14.95
With spinach, asparagus and roasted vegetables, fondant potatoes
and a basil and olive oil dressing.              
               
Potato and Stilton StackV £12.95
Potato pancake stacked with stilton, sun dried tomatoes, wilted spinach and garlic with a basil pesto.
 
Anna’s Belly Pork***  £13.95
Twice-cooked pork belly with Doreen’s black pudding, caramelised apples
and a red wine and honey sauce.

Flavoured with rosemary, garlic and cracked black pepper with fondant potatoes and a red wine and game sauce.
 
Rack of local lamb £16.95
Stuffed with garden herbs and garlic and served with fondant potatoes and a red wine jus.
